Thank you for shopping at HKSKINCART. To ensure the best shopping experience, please read the following return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Refund Policy

All orders are generally non-refundable once placed and confirmed.
Exception: If an item has been discontinued or is no longer available, we will contact you to arrange a refund or an alternative product.

2. Exchange Policy (Applicable to Damaged / Lost / Incorrect Items Only)

All shipments are dispatched with complete fulfilment records. You may request an exchange if your order falls under any of the following circumstances:

Damaged during transit
Parcel lost in transit (subject to carrier records)
Incorrect item received / item does not match your order

Important: To request an exchange, please do not open any product packaging, and contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order with the following:

Order number
Clear photos (outer packaging, shipping label, damaged area / incorrect item)

3. Non-Eligible Cases for Exchange

The following are considered cosmetic issues that do not affect product usability (including but not limited to minor scratches, slight compression or denting of packaging), and will generally not be accepted for exchange:

Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect product function or usability
Exchange requests based on personal preference (e.g. disliking the scent / texture, selecting the wrong shade, etc.)

4. Exchange Shipping Arrangement

Once your exchange request has been verified and approved, we will arrange the exchange and cover all associated shipping costs.

5. Request Deadline & Return Requirements

Please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Items must be returned in their original condition (including intact packaging, accessories, and any complimentary gifts if applicable).
If the item does not meet the requirements of this policy, we may be unable to process the exchange.
