3. Pricing, Payment & Promotions

  • If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, we will arrange a refund via the original payment method or another reasonable means; the time for funds to reach your account will depend on your payment platform or bank's processing times.

  • Dispatch timeframes, delivery methods, shipping fees, and free-shipping thresholds are as set out on our Shipping Policy page.
  • Logistics timeframes are estimates and may be subject to delays caused by customs, flights, weather, public holidays, or carrier arrangements.
  • To the extent permitted by law, once goods have been handed over to the logistics provider or carrier, delivery risk and subsequent handling are generally governed by the carrier's terms and our Shipping Policy. We will make reasonable efforts to assist with enquiries or follow-ups, but we cannot guarantee that claims will always be eligible or successful.
