Delivery Policy

This page outlines HKSKINCART’s local delivery arrangements for Hong Kong / Macau, and the estimated dispatch timeline for “In-stock” and “Pre-order” items. Actual delivery may be affected by flights, weather, holidays, customs clearance, or courier operations.

0. Definition of “Business Days”

All dispatch timeframes stated by our store (e.g., “7–10 business days”) follow the definition below:

• “Business Days” follow the Hong Kong public holiday calendar (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
• “Business Days” also exclude Japan’s three major holiday periods: New Year, Golden Week, and Obon.
• “7–10 business days” are counted from the day after the order is placed, up to the day we hand the parcel to SF Express for delivery. SF Express delivery time is not included.

1. Dispatch Timeline (In-stock / Pre-order)

• In-stock items: Usually dispatched on the next business day (subject to weekends/public holidays).
• Pre-order items: Usually dispatched in about 7–10 business days (based on air shipment from Japan; we arrange weekly air shipments to Hong Kong).
• After items are loaded onto the flight, they still need to go through arrival handling and distribution. Dispatch may be delayed due to flights, customs clearance, or holiday seasons. If you need items urgently, we recommend purchasing in-stock items first.

2. Orders Containing Both “In-stock + Pre-order” Items (Split Shipping)

• Default: We ship the order after all items are available.
• Split shipping: You may choose split shipping at checkout if you want items shipped separately.
• 6 items or above: We can ship in-stock items first for free, and ship again for free when pre-order items arrive (two free shipments in total).
• Below 6 items with split shipping: The first SF Express shipment is free; the second shipment is paid on delivery (cash on delivery / pay at pickup, depending on SF Express arrangement).

3. Hong Kong / Macau Shipping Fee (SF Express)

• Flat-rate shipping fee: HK$25 per order (regardless of weight).
• Free SF Express shipping (Hong Kong / Macau): Buy 3 items or more to enjoy one free SF Express shipment (items priced below HK$90 are not counted).

4. Delivery Methods & Reference Transit Time (SF Express)

• SF Store Pickup: Usually delivered within 1 business day.
• Door-to-door (Residential / Commercial / Village / Remote areas): Usually 1 business day for residential/commercial; remote areas may take about 2 business days.
• SF Locker / OK / 7-Eleven pickup: As fast as 1 business day; if lockers are full, it may take a few more days.

5. Hongkong Post

• Post Office Counter / iPostal Station Pickup (Free): About 2 business days. Trackable, but not the same as registered mail. No compensation will be provided if the parcel is lost.

6. Address & Delivery Notes

• Please ensure the recipient name, phone number, and address are accurate. If delivery fails due to incomplete/incorrect details, additional arrangements or fees may apply.
• All “Business Days” calculations and delivery time statements are governed by the definition in Section 0 of this page.
