Thank you for shopping at HKSKINCART. To provide a better shopping experience, please read the following return & refund arrangements carefully before placing an order.
1. Refund Policy
- Once an order is placed and confirmed, refunds are generally not offered.
- Exception: If an item is discontinued or no longer available and cannot be supplied, we will contact you to arrange a refund or offer an alternative item.
2. Exchange Policy (Applicable to Damage / Loss / Wrong Item Only)
We keep complete dispatch records for all shipments. You may request an exchange if your order has any of the following issues:
- Damaged during transit
- Parcel lost (subject to the courier’s tracking/records)
- Wrong item sent / not matching your order
Important
To request an exchange, please do not open any product packaging and contact us within 72 hours of receiving your parcel. Please provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos (outer box, shipping label, damaged area / incorrect item)
3. Cases Not Eligible for Exchange
The following are considered minor appearance issues that do not affect product use (including but not limited to light scratches, dented or damaged outer packaging). In general, we do not provide exchanges for these cases:
- Minor cosmetic defects that do not affect product function/use
- Requests based on personal preference (e.g., dislike of scent/texture, wrong shade purchased, etc.)
4. Exchange Shipping Fee
Once we confirm the request meets the exchange conditions, we will provide an exchange service and the shipping cost for the exchange will be covered by us.
5. Time Limit & Return Requirements
- Please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the parcel. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
- Please keep the item in its original condition, including complete packaging, accessories, and any gifts (if applicable).
- If the item does not meet the requirements of this policy, we may be unable to process the exchange.
